Welcome back to another Sailor Moon DIY! Remember the Crystal Star tutorial I uploaded about a year ago? That was Part 1. Yup, this is pretty dang late.😂 Part 2 is my attempt to recreate the inside of Sailor Moon's Crystal Star compact in the form of a necklace pendant! This one is the same size as the one from Part 1. When worn stacked up together, sliding the outer pendant to the side willl reveal the intricate flowy gold ribbon design and shiny gem of the inner pendant.
